What are the benefits?

- If needed, you can also print a payment coupon.
How do I join?
Register for My Movistar click on the "My Invoices" or "see detail" infield "Last Invoice"
You can also do it from the links which indicates membership status or by clicking "Start a procedure or consultation" and then "my invoice".
In case you have multiple lines, you can select from the table "Account Summary"
How do I find the maturity and availability of my bill?
Every month you will receive an email and all the information you access to view or download the invoice and account statement.
You can also set a reminder alarm, SMS alerts that are giving you information related to your bill. Can configure the following alarms:
- Alarm Availability: You get an SMS alert that lets you know when your bill is available on My Movistar, what is the total amount due from the account summary and expiration date.
- Alarm available online: you get an SMS alert that lets you know when your bill is available on My Movistar, that day is due and what is the amount to be paid for that line.
- Alarm Expiration: You get an SMS reminder to remember the due date of your bill.
To configure alarms, ENTERS My Movistar and click on the "Alarm", located to the right of the page, above the access to "My Profile"
